Routine Cleaning Service

Routine clean- For households who love coming home to a clean home but are having troubling finding the necessary time or know how to achieve the level of cleanliness they require. Great for tired moms struggling to balance their work and home life while also keeping up with the housework over the weekend. For busy moms and dads looking for a solution of ending the anxiety and tension that builds when your behind on your household chores.

Pre-Clean Requirements

Decluttering your home – Floors, countertops and tops of furniture should be free of clutter. The more you pick up the more detail our cleaning will be. If your home is not decluttered, we will either exclude the area entirely if the clutter is enough that it impedes us from doing our work or switch how we sanitize and dust from our preferred method of using a microfiber cloth and hand wiping the surfaces to using a feather duster and wiping only the open area.

Dirty dishes in the Kitchen – Kitchen sink and surrounding area should be free of dirty plates and clutter. The more you pick up the more detail our cleaning will be. If the kitchen sink is filled with dirty dishes this impedes us from doing our work. If countertops are filled with clutter, we will work around the area and or switch how we sanitize and dust from our preferred method of using a microfiber cloth and hand wiping the surfaces to using a feather duster and wiping only the open area.

Bedsheets for the bed – If you need us to change you bedding, please leave your bedsheets on your bed and we will change them. Old bedsheets will be placed on top of your washer. If we do not find replacement sheets on your bed, we will simply make up the bed with the sheets already present. If sheets are not present, we will leave bed as is.

Folding laundry – We are limited to folding only 1 basket of cloths per visit. Please leave your basket filled with cloths that need folding. We will fold items and place them in the basket. Any cloths not in a basket will not be folded. We cannot hang cloths or put clothing away.

Requesting additional services onsite – In the event we arrive to your home and you require additional services please forward your request to our offices by emailing us at scheduling@cleannpristine.com or call us at 214-365-3035. If a note is left behind the team will relay that back to our office. Please note we cannot guarantee the team will have the adequate time to complete the additional services you have requested. Our offices would contact you to confirm whether we can complete the task or require a return visit.

Requirements – When dusting shelf spaces and tabletops, we use a microfiber cloth and hand wipe when possible. If the surface space is less than 50 % occupied, we have enough space to move items and dust in between spaces. When spaces are overly compact or over 50% occupied, we switch to using a duster. The duster allows us to collect dust and maneuver thru the tight space. However, we always recommend putting items away so we can hand wipe surfaces as this is the best method.

High dusting –  Our teams carry a two-step ladder for most area that is enough but if we encounter a higher distance then we switch to an extender pole and use a microfiber duster to collect dust and cobwebs from high ledges.

Services

Interior cabinet cleaning

We use a disinfectant, microfiber cloth and magic erasers to clean and use a backpack vacuum to collect debris in the interior surfaces of each cabinet and drawer.

Interior closet cleaning

We use a disinfectant, microfiber cloth and magic erasers to clean shelving space, door frames, doorknobs, light switches, and finally vacuum and mop the floor if applicable.

Interior refrigerator

We remove compartments and wash each by hand as well as disinfect the interior surfaces of the refrigerator and door.

Interior of oven

We will remove any oven grills and hand wash them as well as the interior sides of the oven and warming shelf. We use scrubbers, razors, and pads to remove caked on food and or oil residues.

Windows cleaning

We use a two-step ladder and wipe down any interior windows we can reach. We use microfiber cloth and glass cleaner to wipe away dust, fingerprints, or smudges on glass.

Garage sweep

We remove cobwebs with high dusters and clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming and or mopping depending on the floor and floor finish.

Interior of washer

Upright washers if unattended will have built up in and around the lid, inner drum, and agitator. We will use sponges and pads to wipe down those surfaces and run a quick cycle. Front loaders tend to have same issue but also more prone to have an odor that originates from the inner drum. We will wipe down the area and treat it with an odor remover.  

Interior of dishwasher

Dishwashers will have soap residue or calcium deposits that build up in and around the detergent dispenser, dishwasher door rim, and interior of the tub. We will use sponges and pads to wipe down those surfaces and run a rinse cycle.
